If you choose for us to bill your insurance, you will owe your co-pay due at time of service. For co-pays we accept HSA, FSA, or major credit or debit cards. Other insurances are currently out-of-network and we can generate a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Our out-of-network rates are $259 for 40 minutes first visit to establish care and $129 for 20 minute follow up visits. Contact Aubrey at Professional Billing Solutions directly at 801-602-1705 with more questions.
Do you offer Telehealth?
For follow up visits cash pay, we can do Telehealth. If you would like us to bill your insurance for Telehealth follow up visit, please check to see if you insurance has changed its post-pandemic Telehealth policy. To stay in compliance with insurance requirements, for most insurance we can still offer follow up visits by Telehealth after having your initial in-person visit to established care. Please plan to schedule your initial visit in person at our new Provo office.
What is pharmacogenetic testing?
We offer Genesight testing to check for medication-gene interactions. For established patients, its a non-invasive needle-free, a cheek swab DNA sample collected in office. The cost varies by insurance but never more than $330 and billed by the lab.
What is lifestyle medicine?
Lifestyle medicine is looking for root causes to improve health and wellness. The focus is on sleep, nutrition, exercise, disease prevention, stress management, and connection. In our initial visit we will review where you’re at and where you would like to be and offer non-prescription and prescription options to help improve your health, energy, and overall well-being.
Who do you treat?
Adult patients from 18-64 years of age. If you are younger than 18 or 65 or older, we’re happy to refer you to another provider.
Do you check labs?
We can give you a lab order to take to the lab of your choice to check for hormone levels, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes screening, anemias and vitamin deficiencies, electrolytes and kidney and liver function. After you get your blood draw, the lab will send us your result and at your follow up appointment we can discuss your results.

Some patients really struggle with the topic of weight. If you prefer to not know or discuss your weight, we will respect that wish. If you’ve struggled with body image in the past, see a dietitian, or prefer not to know we can check your weight without letting you know what it is. We are committed to monitoring weight without shame or fuss. Dr. Ingerson is trained as a body positive Blind Weight provider. Both in our office we can discreetly check weight and we are registered with blind weight if you are interested in opting into the blind weight program having Dr. Ingerson receive weight data by a code on a scale at your home.
